CusCus & Salmone Mediterranean Sushi

     
First, olive oil, citrus and chilli have magical components with respect to health.
they have vitamins ; 'anti-inflammatory' ; antioxidants and natural antibiotics
     
     
we put the salmon cut inside an arbanella. cover it with the lemon, we add salt and chili and let's put it in refrigerator.
I have prepared it the evening of the preceding day.
     

the day later we drain the lemon

we add garlic; parsley minced (we can also rub the garlic );

aromatic grasses and oil of olive

we put for sometime the salmon in refrigerator


     
         
       
         

we prepare the cus cus to cold

the cus cus revives with juice of orange, salt and oil
(possible to put water and lemon )

we allow to rest the cus cus for two hours


     
     
      we add the raw vegetables to the cus cus
     
         
      the salmon and the cus cus is inserted inside the stamps
        we decorate with vegetable
